Since we have established our familiarity with the land we are more able to fully design a home that fits your specific needs and desires. How many bedrooms, size of the kitchen, number of garage stalls, and that special area you always dreamed of, will all be wrapped into a plan made especially for you. Beaver Enterprises’ 3-stage design process is tailored to getting results efficiently and cost effectively. All of our plans include elevations, foundation, finished basements (whether you are finishing it right away or not), main level layout, second level layout, electrical layout, cross section details, and birds eye roofing details. The details on your plan act as a tool for subcontractors, job foreman, and suppliers to follow to ensure no small detail has been missed and will include everything you need to have Beaver Enterprises successfully build your home.
Once the design process is completed we will begin to assemble your bid. You will find that Beaver Enterprises has one of the most detailed bids in the industry, which note every item and a cost or allowance to go with it. Since we understand that building a home is a momentous financial decision we will even include profit before our overhead expenses right on your bid. We believe in an open book policy and have no fear in showing where all of your money is going to insure there is no grey areas, waste, or excessive billings. As an extra benefit , you will also be able to use this bid to make your selections for the allowanced items. Given you instant control and knowledge of whether you are staying within budget. It is simply part of our job description to bring you a great house at a great price. During the construction process we will guide you through selection of the allowanced items and also when the selections need to be made to ensure the constant progress of the construction process. Homeowners are also welcome to take on any task they would like in the construction process. Many people have renovated their first home and have experience in flooring, light carpentry or painting. Beaver Enterprises understands this and welcomes the homeowner to put their personal touch on the home while benefitting from some sweat equity at the same time.
When your home is completed and you are ready to move in, you will be handed a binder that includes a contact list to all sub contractors, suppliers, manufacturer warranties ,and your Energy Star rating. We will then give a walk through to explain all mechanical items, their functions, and maintenances.
